Clinical observation of the regulating curve pillow of cervical vertebrae curing cervical spondylosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the regulating curve pillow of cervical vertebrae curing cervical spondylosis.MethodsA total of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomized into control group(n=50) and treatment group(n=50).Adjusting the curvature of cervical vertebrae with Chinese traditional manipulation and mending carina combining with the regulating curve pillow was used in treatment group and only with Chinese traditional manipulation and mending carina was used in control group.And the clinical effect of two groups was compared after six months.ResultsThe effective rate was 100% and 50% in treatment and control group,respectively.There was statistical significance between two groups(P0.01).In treatment group,the value of cervical flexure was(1.33±1.40)mm and(7.15±2.94)mm before and after treatment respectively.There was statistical significance of comparison between before and after treatment(P0.01).In control group,the value of cervical flexure was(1.66±1.79)mm and(2.89±2.20)mm before and after treatment respectively.There was no statistical significance of comparison between before and after treatment(P0.05).ConclusionThere is therapeutic effect of the regulating curve pillow in cervical spondylosis.
