Abstract
Objective To Optimize the extraction process of Salvia acid from Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods Salvia acid of the spray drying powder and salvia acid B were used as use the standard.Uniform design was used to optimize the extraction procedure.The effect of ethanol concentration,extraction time and temperature on the extraction efficiency of salvia acid B were optimized.Results The optimal conditions were as followings: 45% of ethanol,1 h of extraction time and 2 cycles of extraction at 70 ℃.Conclusion The extraction yield could reach 70% under the optimal extraction procedure.
