Abstract
With the change of economy ,the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure become more important in present. Compared with the former adjustment, the new adjustment has the new environment. Also, there have many problems in adjustment of agricultural structure. Finally, the authors put forward the idea of adjustment and guarantee for policy.
