Exploration of Reforming the Laboratory Management System

Reforming the laboratory management system and improving the scientific management level are the basis of doing laboratory work well.Strengthening the quality control in experimental teaching and improving the quality of experiment teaching are important tasks in laboratory.This paper has listed the reform plan of this project:(1)human-oriented,strengthen laboratory team building;(2)scientific laboratory management;(3)improve experimental teaching,promote teaching quality.We are aiming at improving the laboratory management and the quality of teaching experiment.
