Abstract
AfterThe China Education Reform and Development Outlinewas launched,vocational colleges once paid much attention to the aesthetic education,which played an important role in the course of cultivating high-quality workers.With the scale expansion and further development of vocational education,the pragmatism and utilitarianism in vocational education appear more and more obvious,with aesthetic education gradually weakened.This paper analyzes the reason that aesthetic education gradually faded out of vocational education.Combined with the current society's requirements for the people's quality and mental state,this paper also discusses the practical significance of aesthetic education to the current vocational education and puts forward the effective ways to develop the aesthetic education
