Abstract

Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)and analyse its mechanism.Method:Systematic clinical observation and animal experimental study on the the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation.Results:The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation not only could improve the patients' symptoms obviously,but can restrain inflammatory cell in lung organization in gather,and reduce TGF-β1 over express.Conclusion:The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation could improve the patients' symptoms,so to play the part of the role of preventing and curing the IPF.
