The clinical analysis of the efficacy for refined insulin plus glipizide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy for refined insulin plus glipizide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods:130 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the comparability of two groups of 65 cases. They were respectively given the joint the Gan arginine joint glipizide treatment,and Novolin N glipizide treatment. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, the blood glucose rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The event of nocturnal hypoglycemia was signifi- cantly lower than the control group,the difference for the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P 0. 05) . Conclusion: The use of fine insulin joint grid glipizide treatment of type 2 diabetes is safe and effective.
