Abstract

Property right is one important measure for one's social position. The females in Tang Dynasty enjoy a greater domination in family property right. Female's share of Family asset is to protect women more effectively. Analyzing the various systems of females property right of Tang Dynasty and under-standing the actual operation of them is of necessity to a clear understanding the historical fact of female's social status in that time.
