Abstract
The number of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, coliform, etc.during swine manure and living refuse composting were studied. The results showed that the number of all microorganisms changed, bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi had high, low and slightly higher changes, but was less than at the beginning of composting.Coliform bacteria showed high and low changes and was not detected in the latter period in the compost.
