Abstract

Objective To confirm optimal collecting stages of Sophora flavescens Ait.Methods Based on a component analysis of Sophora flavescens Ait.in different growing periods with the same one plant.Results The alkaloid contents of S.flavescens Ait.gathered from the annul Autumnal Equinox to Light Snow were higher, they were 3.1% and 2.98%,respectively;and the ones gathered on March 19,May 20,July 20 were relatively lower.Conclusion It should be the best collecting time of S.flavescens Ait.during Autumnal Equinox to before being freezed-up.
