Think on Speeding up the Establishment of China's Social Security System

There existed some problems of lack of legislation,low coverage,lack of funds,lag of rural construction in the social security system.To perfect the social security system,the government should play a leading role,legislate first,tilt the public finance to the field of people's livelihood and accelerate the construction of social security system,strengthen the income redistribution,establish social relief mechanism,perfect the social security system oriented to disadvantaged groups so that all citizens enjoy fairly social security and social welfare.
