Abstract

A method for determination of microelement selenium in plant samples was developed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence pectrometry (HG-AFS). The recovery of selenium was 93.6%~99.2% with RSD 2.8%~5.2%. The detection limit of selenium was 0.56 ng/g by the method.
