Abstract

Marxist Labor Theory of Value refers to human labor in making goods as the only headspring of producing value and surplus value, and thereby reveals the economic cause for the antagonism of capitalists and employees. The theory is based on capitalist production and society - characterized human labor and serves the working class' s historic mission - to overthrow capitalism. Human history progresses to today, in which course technology is the recognized first productivity; the creation factor of human labor has changed significantly; the high - tech brainwork expands to a great extent laboring where value is turned out, and there by brings about socialistic working class who is different from capitalist employment. The modern labor theory of value, necessarily in the position of adhering and appending to dialectical materialism, must fully recognize the new characteristics of human labor, attach importance to creation and intellectual labor, so as to guide and push forward the socialistic modernization.
