Deletion and Rebuilding of Sincerity

Abstract
The education of sincerity should be carried out energetically so as to cultivate and intensify the sincerity senses of the citizens and build up a social atmosphere of honest and sincerity. The legislative construction should be enhanced in order to form a contemporary credit system. The function of the government should be altered and the system for punishing the sincerity deletion should be established.
