On the humanities spirit's training of the teachers in colleges

Abstract
This article briefly deals with the connotation of modern humanities spirit, and concretely analyses the four phenomena about the humanities spirit's deficiency among a part of the teachers in colleges as well as its cause and harmfulness .In addition, it points out the necessity and feasibility of concerning the humanities spirit's training of the teachers in colleges.
