The Extension of Athletics Teaching:Health Education to College Students

Through the survey on part of college students,we knew that college students have clearer understanding and more needs to the course of Health Education to College Students than ever,and they give the complete confirming to the value,function and position of this course.They are eager for knowing the sport methods and the knowledge of health care and keeping fit,so they need the course of Sports and Health Education which can give their body comprehensive development and improve their physique.Therefore,we make some reform to the offering of current course,teaching mode and content of teaching according to the survey.In this way,Health Education to College Students will become the extension of athletics teaching and we can fulfill lifelong P.E.better.
