Abstract
Take the engineering bacteria pGEX(CGRP/msCT) for use.Using IPTG as an inducing agent,the final concentration of protein expression with different IPTG induction conditions were analyzed and comprised to determine the optimal conditions for inducible expression.The results indicated that the best target protein-induced temperature was 37 ℃,the best IPTG final concentration was 0.2 mmol·L-1,and the best induced time was 5 h.Make the initial quantitative for the expression products by using optical density scanning,the final concentration of protein expression can reach 32.11% of the total bacterial protein.
