Abstract

A alkaline lipase produing bacterial strain was isolated from the oilysoil samples near the Grease Producing Factory in Zhengzhou and the bacterial strain was temporarily named as JLП -4. The lipase fermentation condition for the strain was optimized by studying on effect of nitrogen sources, carbon sources and other influence factors. The optimal medium composition for the producing lipase (%) is: 2% beet, 1% cane sugar, 0.1% K2HPO4, 0.1% (NH4)2SO4, 0.1% MgSO4·7H2O, 1.0% olive oil, pH8.0. The optimal conditions for lipase producing are cultivated aerobically at 29 ℃, for 72 h.
