Abstract

9 strains of bacteria producing lipase were isolated from rich oil soil. The lipase from BD3 has the highest activity in catalyzing glycerolysis of the oil.Strain BD3 was identified as Pseudomonas sp and the conditions of fermentation of lipase from producing strain BD3 were studied. It is found that the optimal temperature and pH were 40 ℃ and 6.5 respectively, with olive oil as carbon source and peptone as nitrogen source.
