Abstract

During production of TISCO 4350m3 blast furnace for recent three years,the fluctuation of furnace core temperature occurred several times.It was concluded that smelting operation had effect on hearth working state,furnace core temperature and smooth running of BF.In order to obtain the stabilization of furnace core temperature,the effect of coke quality,gas flow distribution,deadman′s temperature,productivity and slag contracture were studied.
