The Clinical Analysis of the Combined Application of Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis in the Treatment of 49 Cases with Paraquat Poisioning

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis on the patients with paraquat poisioning. Methods 49 cases of paraquat poisioning were treated with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis on the basis of the common treatment to observe the transformation on patient’s condition. Results Among 49 cases,15 cases surivived,the efficiency rate was 30.6%.Conclusion The combined application of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis are useful and helpful for patients with paraquat poisioning.
