The comparative study of hemodialysis,hemoperfusion in treatment of acute paraquat poisoning

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of hemodialysis,hemoperfusion in treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.METHODS 92 cases of acute paraquat poisoning patients were randomly divided into three groups,group A with 41 cases was taken with simple conventional blood dialysis treatment.Group B with 20 cases was taken with conventional treatment and simple blood perfusion.Group C with 31 cases was taken with hemodialysis jointed hemoperfusion conventional treatment.RESULTS The efficiency of hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion treatment was significantly higher than hemodialysis or hemoperfusion.The survival time of patients by the combination therapy who eventually died was significantly longer than that of patients with simple hemodialysis or hemoperfusion,during which the difference was obvious,there were statistically significance(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION A timely manner to take the hemodialysis blood infusion therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute paraquat poisoning.
