Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinic efficacy of reduced glutathione for chronic hepatitis B.METHODS: The clinical data and symptoms of chronic hepatitis B patients treated with reduced glutathione were recorded and compared,and the treatment outcome was analyzed.RESULTS: A better improvement in clinical symptoms was noted in the treatment group than in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P0.01).CONCLUSION: Reduced glutathione has remarkable therapeutic efficacy for chronic hepatitis B.
