On the Construction of Rural Public Culture——A Case Study of Sampled Rural Households in Jiangsu Province

Rural public culture,as an important component of socialist new countryside's construction,constitutes a significant task in our studying and practicing the scientific development conception and constructing a harmonious socialist society.Based on the survey of sampled rural households in the north,central and south regions of Jiangsu,this paper conducts a in-depth analysis on both the achieved progress since the reform and opening-up and the existing problems in the rural public culture′s construction in Jiangsu Province,and puts forward some policy suggestions on strengthening this construction.
