Abstract

Objective : A comparison of the sealing effects for vein permanent needle between normal saline and natrium heparin. Methods: 120 patients with normal vein permanent needles were randomly divided into observation group and control group consisting of 60 patients respectively.Normal saline sealing was adopted in observation group and diluted natrium heparin in control group.A comparison was drawn on indwelling time, obstruction and the occurance rate of phlebitis. Results:There was no significant differences on ndwelling time, obstruction and the occurance rate of phlebitis between observation group and control group(P 0.05).Conclusion: Normail saline was safer and more worthy of being promoted for the sealing of vein permanent needle.
