Significance of British Medical Training Mode as a Guidance for China's Medical Education Reform

To meet the challenge of needs for highly qualified medical talents in the new century,China's medical colleges and universities are exploring a medical personnel training program fit for the domestic situation.We collected the related data about the medical training mode and experience in British institutions of higher learning,and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages compared with the domestic mode,which can be reference value for medical education reform in China.
