Abstract
With the increase in susceptible population of candida and widespread use of antifungal agents,the situation of candida resistance has become more and more serious.The resistance of candida albicans is reviewd in this paper,including alteration of candida species,application of antifungal agents,formation of biofilm,over-expression and mutation of the drug target enzymes,and so on.
