Abstract

【Objective】To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound and interventional ultrasound in liver transplantation dynamic observation and treatment.【Methods】The structures of liver and biliary system and the hemodynamic changes of the vascular system were observed by color Doppler ultrasonography. The normal expression and complications in 57 patients with liver transplantation were analysed.【Results】The acute and chronic rejection in 28 patients, recurrence of liver lesion in 15 patients, pleural effusion in 50 patients and abdominal effusion in 42,artery thrombosis in 2 patients, vein thrombosis in 3 patiens, stricture and infection in duct were correctly diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasoand, and interventional diagnosis and treatment in partial patients were performed successfully under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasoand.【Conclusion】Color Doppler ultrasound and interventional ultrasound are very important in the diagnosis and treatment of liver transplantation.
