Discussion on " four combination " of the Development of Student Party Members with Top Talents Cultivation

Currently,deepening reform and accelerating the transformation of development modes has become the main tone of China's economic and social development.It is necessary that they need not only large quantities of high skilled and also more creative talents to achieve and promote industrial transformation upgrading.As higher vocational colleges to offer a direct service to economic and social development,how to do a good job in developing excellent top-notch talents,will become the proposition that higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to.This paper relates some exploration and research on the effective combination of student party members' development work with outstanding talents' training work so as to continuously enrich the connotation construction in terms of higher vocational top talents' cultivation.
