Students' Party Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges and Supply of Trained Talents to Enterprises

Abstract

From the perspective of political quality of excellent talents,this paper focused the study on students’ Party construction and talent development.Also,current status and characteristics of Party construction is analyzed in term of students in higher vocational colleges.In order to satisfy the needs to talents for modern enterprises,the paper put forward the strategy and policy guide that students’ Party construction should be aimed to provide excellent talents for enterprises.Only by doing so can it perfect system,realize cooperation between schools and enterprises,conduct dynamic management and realize innovative development.
