On principles of prevention-first for college security work

In accordance with the new demands of the college security work in the new era,it is necessary to re-position the current security work in higher educational institutions and to put forward that the college security work should follow the principles of prevention-first,while combining the methods of prevention and control.With the persistent development of higher education and constant deepening of a series of policies at colleges and universities,many new cases and new problems are emerged in security and stability work.This paper analyzes the concepts,characteristics and importance of the principles of prevention-first,while setting forth the environmental factors of prevention-first and putting forward some relevant suggestions to make college security work done ahead to keep away the possible dangers.
