Abstract

The remote meter reading system programs,system components,hardware configuration,principle,function and technical performance are discussed.GSM short message meter reading system installed in the client set controller and radio transmitter terminal,the user's energy consumption data through GSM network to the short message (SMS) in the form of transmitted GSM network SMS Center,SMS center will be received pass data through the dedicated energy management,power companies to collect data through the host computer,enable remote meter reading function.
