A Demonstration Analysis about the Effect of the Change of RMB Exchange Rate on Our Export trade

Abstract

The change of RMB exchange rate has been the focus in the industry.It is open to research as to which extent the change affects our export trade.Therefore, we must build relative econometric models to analyze the price elasticity of demand for exports using the change of real effective RMB exchange rate.The paper analyzes the causes on the basis of the conclusion so as to elicit the true effect of RMB appreciation on our export.
