Abstract
Studies on somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration of Lilium 'Manissa' from the different parts of floral organ explants were performed.The results showed that filament was the appropriate explants for embryogenic callus induction.The effects of hormones on callus formation was NAA6-BA2,4-D.The suitable medium for callus induction was MS+1.0 mg·L-1 NAA+0.2 mg·L-1 6-BA.The effects of hormones on somatic embryogenesis from embryogenic callus was 2,4-DKT6-BA.Embryogenic calluses were inducted on medium MS+1.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D+0.2 mg·L-1 KT+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA.IBA could promote somatic embryo germination.The optimum embryoid geminating medium was MS+0.2 mg·L-1 6-BA+1.0 mg·L-1 IBA.
