Abstract

Objective To prepare sustained-release pellets coated with Eudragit NE30D.Methods The effects of process variables and formulation variables on pellets drug release were investigated.Results The sustained-release coated pellets had a marked sustained-release property.Conclusions it is possible to prepare sustained-release pellets coated with aqueous dispersion Eudragit NE30D.
