Chronic renal failure mechanism is unsmooth Qi,toxin factor and spleen and kidney deficiency are the cause of unsmooth Qi.Toxin factor is the important factor of aggravating Qi disorders.Therefore in treatment,it should pay attention to the centralizer specimen,and cannot ignore to eliminate pathogenic Qi.
