Abstract

Objective The aim of the article was to discuss the accuracy and safety of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PNCL) under the ultrasound-guided for the treatment of renal stones. Methods 36 cases renal stones patients were built the percutaneous nephrolithotomy work channel, and taken with PCNL under the ultrasound-guided and ultrasound real-time monitoring. And analyze the operating methods and complications. Results 36 cases were all built the ideal work channel under the ultrasound-guided,and did not have the complications of pleural injury, abdominal organ injuries, pelvis tear and kidney penetrating injury,et al,and had less damages and bleeding, the calculus removed rate was 94.4%(34/36).Conclusion Build the percutaneous nephrolithotomy work channel under the ultrasound-guided accurately, which has an important clinical value to the success of the surgery.Ultrasound-guided was realtime, safe. And has more advantages than the traditional X-ray positioning.
