Discussion on the Financial Management of Local Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

At present,financial management in local colleges and universities faces two main problems—the risk of inadequate understanding of bank loans and the unreasonable financial budget and control.The paper puts forward four suggestions on improvement of financial management in local colleges and universities: one is to establish a new idea on local financial management;two is to improve the financial supervision mechanism;three is to change financial functions;and four is to dissolve debts.
