Abstract
With the rapid development of higher education,the idea of devoting much attention to colleges' financial management and setting scientific colleges' financial management has been the aim of the present colleges'financial management.This paper sets countermeasure on setting financial risk awareness,reasonable allocation mechanisms and perfecting internal financial managing system by analysing the present problems of simplistic financing channel,blind investment,and unreasonable allocation mechanisms etc.
