A Thinking On the Problem of Corporate Organization Recidivism

As a basic penalty system,corporate organization recidivism has been widely accepted by many countries.But in Chinese Criminal law,there's no decription about corporate organization recidivism,which is a defect in legislation.This essay put forward a personal view about reasons and conditions for setting up laws on corporate organization recidivism and problems should be paid attention to while this lawis being implemented.
