Abstract

Shi Tao's yi hua theory has been the concern of artists, because he used Taoism thought to enrich his own theory, and he better understood the nature of arts which is close to the art in itself.At the same time, how to treat established laws and how to achieve the being free from vulgarity, based on the thought of etting things take their own course, Shi Tao emphasized personal subjectivity, encouraging the artists to express their ideas freely without sticking to the long-established laws, they must be initiative and creative, or there would be obstacles in the laws.
