Abstract
Headspace gas chromatography method was used for the determination of four kinds of residual organic solvents in cefetamet. The samples were injected into DB-624capillary column by headspace sampler and analyzed with FID detector. The linear ranges of ethanol, acetone ,dichloromethane and tetrahydro furan were 0.2-7.0 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9995),0.2-7.0 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9994) ,0.03-1.0 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9993) and 0.02-0.9 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9994) respectively. The recoveries were 100.5 %,99.6 %,99.0 % and 98.4 % with RSD 1.2 %,2.3 %,1.8 % and 2.8 %(n=5) respectively. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in cefetamet.
