Join WTO and the Strategic Adjustment of China's Large-scale Enterprises

s:After join WTO,China's large-scale enterprises have to face the competition from foreign huge-scale international companies that have advantage in scale technology,capital and manage ability directly.This competition and challenge appear in two parts at least:one is that the international companies scramble for our production and survive market directly,the other is that the international companies mergersand purchase our large-scale enterprises directly through capital management.Face the direct scramble for our market of the international companies,search the cost advantage,formulate the strategy of cost advantage are our large -scale enterprises' correct choices.Towards the mergersand purchase of the international companies,our strategic basic must be″take ourselves as the core,search the supplementaries each other″and pay attention to the affect of strategic alliance.At the same time,in the course of adjust the enterprises' strategy,we should pay attention to these problems:take join WTO as a chance to raise our large -scale enterprises strategic management level,,set up correct strategic management sense and do not seek for expend enterprises' scale one-sided,fit in the world tendency on our own inititive,take the environment protection and the continued development into the frame of enterprises'strategic management.
