Abstract
The minor enterprises have been the important parts in our economy. Under the economic integration and background of our entry into WTO, The minor enterprises are facing with a problem of how to exit and develop. The minor enterprises have to realize the necessary of entering into international market and make the effective strategy according to their own terms to obtain much more profits in the international market.
