Abstract

The conflict between the age of the criminal liability and the age of juveniles has caused the coincidence between the particular crime and other relevant crimes.So we should differentiate an indirect crime from this mentioned crime.The nature of this organized crime is different from that of abet crime.The range of this particular crime should not be confined to property crime.Then,we determine the act to execute and complete the procedure according to the policy of justice with mercy and rules.
