Abstract
Taking hull resistance performance as line optimization object,the effect on performance of the hull resistance was studied based on the method of transformation original hull.Tribon-Lines module was used to transform ship stern lines with the invariable main parameters of original hull,making reference congener ship stern and generating two kinds of hull.The viscous flow of the original ship hull and the modified ship hulls was simulated numerically by CFX software to discuss the effect of stern line on the hull resistance under different velocities.The results showed that the optimal ship hull featuring lower resistance and the minimum power consumption at the same speed,whose shape effect is smaller,the pressure resistance and friction resistance are relatively smaller than others.
