Abstract
Objective To study the diagnosis value of CT with diaphragmatic rupture.Methods We concluded the manifestations and diagnosis of CT on patients with diaphragmatic rupture,compared with surgeries,and analyze their consistence.Results On CT the characteristic signs such as diaphragmatic defect and thickened were displayed in majority of the cases,including 8 who were combination with diaphragmatic hernias.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for diagnosing diaphragmatic rupture separately were 72%,94% and 88%.Conclusion CT examination has important help for diagnosing diaphragmatic rupture,and should act as the first choice in the pre-surgery examinations on patients with acute thoracic and abdominal diseases.
