Abstract

It was studied that method and technology of separating and purifying flavones from mulberry leaves by macroporous resin. Adsorption and desorption characteristic of 10 types of macroporous adsorption resins for flavones from mulberry leaves was investigated. The results showed that H103 was an excellent adsorbent, its suitable sample concentration was 6.05mg/mL,adsorption kinetics data fitted Bangham model, and adsorption process accorded with internal diffusion model.
