Microwave Aparatus PICC after Chemotherapy Treatment Efficacy of Phlebitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the microwave apparatus PICC therapy after chemotherapy-induced phlebitis clinical curative effect.Methods 84 patients with PICC phlebitis after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups(observation group and cortrol group).There were forty-two patients in each group.The observation group irradiated with microwave apparatus local phlebitis occurred in parts;control group using a local phlebitis occurred in parts of hot and humid deposition;were 2 times/day were observed after treatment 24,48,72 h efficacy and different phlebitis (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of phlebitis) after treatment,an efficient situation.Results The observation group 24,48,72 h after treatment effective rate merit of mean in control group(P0.05 or P0.01),the observation group Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of phlebitis after treatment of effective rate merit of mean in control group (P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion The use of microwave apparatus phlebitis after chemotherapy treatment PICC effect is significant,for grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of phlebitis in patients with a clear advantage.
