The core of scientific development view is to stick to people orientation,set up comprehensive,coordinated and sustained development view,and promote the development of economical society and people.Based on these criteria,in order to examine the development of local universities,we need to grasp the connotation of scientific development view for local universities,summarize the idea of running school,stick to connotation development,and orientate scientifically.Furthermore,we need to realize the sustained development of local universities by sticking to the idea of development,emphasis of talents,specialty development,serving for the local area and getting the market and support.
